What documents do I need?+
Valid driving license, government photo ID, and a credit/debit card for the refundable deposit.
Is the helmet included?+
Yes. We provide one ISI-certified helmet free with every booking. Additional helmets can be added at checkout.
What happens if I'm late returning the bike?+
A late fee equivalent to your hourly rate applies. We'll send you reminders 1 hour before drop time.
Is insurance included?+
All rides come with third-party and rider personal accident insurance up to ₹5,00,000.
Can I cancel a booking?+
Yes, cancellations are free up to 6 hours before pickup. Within 6 hours a small fee applies.
